Frank began his career with the firm as a Summer Associate.  During his final year of law school, he clerked with the firm and became an Associate in 2008.

He is a member of the Corporate & Finance and Technology & Intellectual Property practice groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Frank worked for ten years at a global professional services firm where he built and managed a program to measure user behavior and success of the firm’s extranet site and online collaboration space.  In addition, he focused on legal compliance and privacy issues associated with the site, enforcing compliance with local laws and European Union directives.
