Ari's practice is devoted to the representation of businesses and individuals in a broad range of litigation and corporate matters, including commercial disputes, securities arbitration, securities litigation, insurance, employment law, real estate, legal ethics, professional liability, corporate transactions, and health care.  Ari has extensive trial and appellate experience in both state and federal court, and substantial arbitration experience before the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, as well as the National Association of Securities Dealers, the New York Stock Exchange and JAMS.
