Ilir joined the firm as a summer associate in 2009 and returned for a second summer in 2010. He is currently a member of the Corporate and Securities practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, Ilir externed during the 2008 summer for the Honorable Judge Edmund A. Sargus, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
