Steve joined the firm in 2011 and practices real estate law.  He has experience representing developers in most aspects of commercial and industrial ownership and development, including the acquisition of undeveloped land and the installation of improvements for office, apartments and condominiums and shopping centers, the construction and leasing of buildings, the negotiation of reciprocal easement agreements, the acquisition of existing buildings and portfolios, the formation of public-private partnerships, and providing financing through conventional loans, tax incremental financing, community development authority and equity syndications.

Steve’s corporate real estate services focus on meeting the real estate needs of corporations and other institutions whose core business is outside the real estate industry.  These projects include single-occupant developments for pharmacy, insurance services, and other retail users.
