Frank joined the firm in 2006 and focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law, finance and intellectual property. Frank has experience with a variety of corporate and intellectual property transactions and matters, including:
- assisting clients with acquisitions, mergers and divestitures
- preparation of license, software development, professional services and other e-commerce agreements
- helping private and publicly traded companies manage their patent, trademark and copyright portfolios
- assisting clients when planning, structuring and financing new or existing businesses
- advising investment advisors and broker-dealers as to securities regulation compliance
Prior to joining the firm, Frank worked for ten years at a global professional services firm where he built and managed a program to measure user behavior and success of the firm’s extranet site and online collaboration space. In addition, he focused on legal compliance and privacy issues associated with the site, enforcing compliance with local laws and European Union directives.
